Terms of Service for Nutrition Labels

Who we are

This service is run by 1000 Ventures OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia ("we"). By using it or buying from it you agree to these terms.

What you get

The free preview needs no account. A paid plan lets you download your work without a watermark. What each plan includes is shown on the pricing page when you buy.

Your account

You sign in with a link we email you. Keep your mailbox safe, because anyone who can open that link can open your account. You must be at least 18 and buy for your own use or for your business.

Payments and renewals

Stripe processes payments. Prices are shown before you pay and include tax where the law requires it. Subscriptions renew every month until you cancel in your account. Cancelling stops the next payment and keeps your access until the period you paid for ends.

Labels and estimates

The values on a label are estimates calculated from USDA FoodData Central data. We are not a laboratory and we are not the FDA. We do not approve labels and we do not claim that any label made here is approved, reviewed or accepted by the FDA.

You must check the values and the allergens before you print or sell a label. Before every download you confirm that you checked them and that the label is your responsibility. The allergen suggestions are a convenience, not a decision. You decide which allergens your product contains.

You are responsible for following the labeling rules that apply to your product, your size and your state.

Single labels and plans

A single label covers one recipe, in every format, and you can edit and download it again for 30 days from the first download. Maker covers up to 15 recipes at a time. Business covers unlimited recipes. If a subscription ends, downloads of its recipes stop until you subscribe again.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you enter and for how you use what the service produces. Check every result before you rely on it.

Limits of our liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid for it, which we will refund. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and law

We may change these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the update. These terms follow the laws of Estonia, and the English text is the binding one.
