Privacy Policy: What We Store and Why

What we store

When you sign in or buy, we store your email address, the language you chose, your purchases and subscription status, and the files you save. We do not store card numbers.

Why, and on what basis

We need this data to run your account and to deliver what you bought (performance of a contract). We keep invoices as long as accounting law requires (legal obligation).

Who else sees it

Stripe processes payments and tax. Google Workspace sends our emails. Render hosts the service and its database. Each acts as our processor and may handle data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and statistics

We set one session cookie when you sign in and one cookie that remembers your language. Our usage statistics are anonymous and cookie-free: we count uses and never store your IP address.

How long we keep it

Your account data stays until you ask us to delete it. Accounting records stay for the period the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can complain to your data protection authority. Write to michael@1000ventures.io and we answer within 30 days.
