About Nutrition Labels and Who Runs It

Nutrition Labels makes the Nutrition Facts panel for small US food businesses. You type a recipe, check the USDA match for each ingredient and get a label that follows the FDA format and rounding rules.

Who runs this site

The site is run by 1000 Ventures OÜ, a company in Tallinn, Estonia. 1000 Ventures builds small, focused web tools. You can write to us at michael@1000ventures.io.

What the tool does

• Matches each ingredient to USDA FoodData Central and lets you change the match.
• Calculates the values per serving and rounds them by the FDA rules.
• Sorts the ingredient list by weight and prints the allergens you confirm.
• Exports the label as PDF, SVG or PNG in standard, tabular or linear format.

What the tool does not do

It does not test food, approve labels or give legal advice. Values are estimates, and you are responsible for them. Read the method and the disclaimer before you print a label for sale.
